O Moldy Night
As featured in Atlas Obscura, Milk Street with Christopher Kimball, and The Bitter Southerner, 'O Moldy Night' was a pop-up museum conceived and curated by Kate Medley, Emily Wallace, and Kate Elia, originally staged at The Durham Hotel in March 2018, celebrating all types of sculpted foods, with contributions from professional chefs, confectioners, home cooks, grandmothers, performance artists, and more. Forty works of art were exhibited, and then devoured.
